What the app records

The server stores generic team slots, session credentials, evidence requests, recommendations, votes, reflections and expert feedback. Do not enter real care records, identifying details or confidential information.

Teams and browser storage

Teams context is used to initialise the tab and apply the theme. Teams membership does not authorise a host or captain. The app does not request access to Microsoft Graph, chat messages, contacts, files, microphone or camera. Role credentials are held in session storage; accessibility preferences use local storage.

Who can see learning records

The host can see team submissions and reflections. Recommendations are shared after the presenter reveal. A captain can download their panel's learning record. Audience voting is anonymous and informal; a browser identity is used to update its vote.

Retention and support

The VPS operator controls retention and backups; this edition does not automatically erase saved sessions. Ask the session organiser about retention, correction, access or deletion of any information you supplied. Standard VPS/proxy access logs may also be retained by the operator. There is no advertising or analytics integration in the app.
